МІЖДИСЦИПЛІНАРНІ ЗВ’ЯЗКИ У ФОРМУВАННІ КУЛЬТУРИ ЗДОРОВ’Я: ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ, РАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО ХАРЧУВАННЯ ТА ФІЛОСОФІЇ ВЕЛНЕСУ

У статті науково обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції міждисциплінарних зв’язків фізичної культури та раціонального харчування як стратегічного чинника оптимізації, збереження та відновлення здоров’я людини. Актуальність роботи обумовлена погіршенням показників здоров'я, поширенням гіподинамії та аліментарно-залежних захворювань (хвороб, пов'язаних із нездоровим харчуванням). Мета дослідження полягала в обґрунтуванні міждисциплінарних зв’язків фізичної культури та раціонального харчування як чинника оптимізації здоров’я людини; інтеграції знань з раціонального харчування у роботу фітнес-тренера, велнес-коуча. У дослідженні використовувались такі методи: теоретичний аналіз та узагальнення даних фахової наукової та методичної літератури, інтернет-ресурсів. Результати дослідження доводять, що ізольоване використання лише окремих навчальних дисциплін, не забезпечує цілісного підходу до управління здоров’ям людини, не забезпечує максимального оздоровчого ефекту. В дослідженні обґрунтовано синергетичний ефект (взаємопідсилюючу дію), за якого раціональне харчування забезпечує енергетичну та пластичну основу для фізичної активності, а фізична активність виступає стимулятором метаболізму та засвоєння нутрієнтів. В результаті дослідження розроблено програму з навчальної дисципліни «Основи раціонального харчування». В процесі вивчення даної дисципліни здобувач освіти буде компетентним здійснювати нутриціологічний супровід клієнта фітнес-клубу; надати консультативну підтримку клієнтам із надлишковою або недостатньою масою тіла, розробляти персоніфікований план харчування, спрямований на оптимізацію калорійності та формування здорових харчових звичок; надавати індивідуальні рекомендації щодо зменшення негативного впливу шкідливих харчових звичок на стан здоров’я.
Висновки: впровадження міждисциплінарного підходу в освітній процес фахівців галузі фізичної культури є базовою умовою для оптимізації здоров’я людини. Матеріали статті можуть бути використані для розробки персоналізованих оздоровчих програм.
