Dostosowanie treningu bokserów do warunków wojennych

Streszczenie. W artykule opisano wyniki ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród trenerów boksu na temat specyfiki adaptacji do treningu w warunkach wojennych oraz wyzwań związanych z wymogami stanu wojennego dla szkolenia sportowców w ogóle. Przedstawiono również wyniki ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród bokserek i bokserów na temat ich osobistego i sytuacyjnego niepokoju w stanie wojennym. Stwierdzono, że trenerzy skutecznie dostosowali się do procesu treningowego w stanie wojennym. Można to wytłumaczyć specyfiką sportu, możliwością kontynuowania procesu treningowego w schronie podczas alarmu przeciwlotniczego oraz wykorzystaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w procesie treningowym. Badanie bokserów pokazuje. Dziewczęta mają wyższy poziom lęku osobistego i sytuacyjnego niż chłopcy. Wymusza to poszukiwanie sposobów na optymalizację procesu treningowego i zwrócenie większej uwagi na przygotowanie psychologiczne bokserek podczas treningu. Jednocześnie wyniki badania pokazują, że trenerzy i zawodnicy w większości zaadaptowali się do stanu wojennego i mogą wykorzystać zdobyte doświadczenie w dalszych treningach w celu niwelowania stresu.
