Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of medical and pedagogical support of physical education classes and health-enhancing motor activity under modern conditions. The relevance of the study is due to a decrease in the level of physical activity among the population, an increase in the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases, and the need to improve the efficiency and safety of physical culture and health-related activities. The aim of the study is to generalize modern scientific approaches to medical and pedagogical support, to determine its structural components, and to substantiate the feasibility of the integrated use of medical and pedagogical control methods.

The study employs methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature, as well as systematization of scientific approaches and practical experience in the field of physical culture. It has been established that medical and pedagogical support is a complex system that includes pedagogical and medical components, the interaction of which ensures the optimization of physical loads in accordance with the individual capabilities of the body.

The importance of preliminary, current, and operational control as a basis for effective management of the physical culture and health-improving process has been substantiated. The specific features of organizing medical and pedagogical support for various types of health-enhancing motor activity (aerobic, strength, and mixed programs) have been identified. The importance of individualization of physical loads, the use of modern methods for monitoring functional state, and the formation of self-control skills has been emphasized.

It has been demonstrated that adopting an integrated medical and pedagogical approach enhances the efficiency, safety, and health-oriented focus of physical education classes. Furthermore, it fosters stable motivation for systematic motor activity. The study's findings can assist specialists in physical education, sports, and health-related fields to refine the organization of physical culture and health programs.
