Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of implementing innovative digital solutions in various spheres of human activity, particularly in the personalization of fitness training. The use of such technologies becomes especially relevant in organizing personal fitness training for servicemen whose professional activities are associated with increased physical and psycho-emotional loads. The application of modern digital devices enables continuous monitoring of the indicators of the body's key systems and allows for more evidence-based planning of physical loads, taking into account the individual capabilities of servicemen.

The results of the theoretical analysis indicate that modern digital technologies, including smartwatches, fitness trackers, mobile fitness applications, and online monitoring platforms, provide opportunities for collecting, storing, and analyzing data on physical activity and the functional state of the body's key systems. The use of these technologies makes it possible to monitor major physiological indicators, including heart rate, heart rate variability, maximal oxygen consumption, physical activity levels, sleep parameters, and zones of exercise intensity. The obtained data can be used for more precise regulation of physical exercises, assessment of physical fitness levels, and timely adjustment of individualized training programs.

Based on the generalization of scientific sources, a model for the use of digital technologies in the process of personalizing fitness training for servicemen has been proposed. The model involves sequential stages of data collection, transmission, and analysis, followed by the development of individualized training programs. The implementation of this model contributes to improving the effectiveness of the training process, optimizing physical loads, reducing the risk of fatigue and injuries, and increasing motivation for physical training.

Thus, the use of modern digital technologies in personal fitness training for servicemen represents a promising direction for improving the system of physical training.
