ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ РОЗВИТОК АРБІТРІВ З БАСКЕТБОЛУ ЯК ПРОБЛЕМА ПОРІВНЯЛЬНОЇ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПЕДАГОГІКИ

У статті здійснено комплексний теоретико-методологічний аналіз професійного розвитку арбітрів з баскетболу як актуальної проблеми порівняльної професійної педагогіки. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах глобалізації спорту, зростання інтенсивності змагальної діяльності та підвищення суспільних вимог до якості суддівства професійний розвиток арбітра набуває системного, безперервного та педагогічно організованого характеру. Визначено сутність професійної діяльності арбітра як багатокомпонентної системи, що включає нормативно-регулятивний, когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний, комунікативний, психолого-емоційний і контрольно-оцінювальний компоненти. Доведено, що ефективність суддівської діяльності залежить не лише від рівня знань правил гри, а й від сформованості професійних компетентностей, здатності до прийняття рішень у складних ігрових ситуаціях, стресостійкості та рефлексії.
Проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи до підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації спортивних арбітрів, що дозволило виявити їх фрагментарність і недостатню орієнтацію на індивідуальні траєкторії професійного зростання. Акцентовано увагу на значенні міжнародних стандартів і діяльності професійних організацій у формуванні єдиних вимог до суддівства. Встановлено, що сучасні моделі професійного розвитку арбітрів базуються на принципах безперервності, компетентнісної орієнтації, інституційної регламентованості та інтеграції освітніх і цифрових технологій.
Узагальнення зарубіжного досвіду засвідчило перспективність використання аналітичних систем, відеотехнологій, штучного інтелекту та віртуальної реальності у підготовці арбітрів. Обґрунтовано доцільність порівняльного аналізу національних моделей професійного розвитку, зокрема американської, як підґрунтя для вдосконалення вітчизняної системи підготовки спортивних арбітрів.
