ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЯ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ ТА ЗМІШАНОГО НАВЧАННЯ: ПЕРЕВАГИ ТА ТРУДНОЩІ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

У статті висвітлено особливості використання цифрових інструментів у викладанні фізичної культури в умовах воєнного стану під час змішаного навчання. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю забезпечення безперервності освітнього процесу та збереження рухової активності учнів у ситуації обмеженого доступу до традиційних форм навчання. Метою статті є дослідження особливостей використання цифрових інструментів у викладанні фізичної культури в умовах воєнного стану під час змішаного навчання. Отримані результати свідчать про активне застосування цифрових інструментів для візуалізації техніки виконання вправ, пояснення навчального матеріалу, організації теоретичної підготовки та комунікації з учнями. Водночас встановлено, що потенціал цифрових технологій у сфері моніторингу фізичної підготовленості, персоналізації навчання та об’єктивного оцінювання результатів реалізується недостатньо. Визначено, що найбільш ефективною є модель змішаного навчання, яка передбачає виконання індивідуальних вправ у домашніх умовах і використання очних занять для розвитку командної взаємодії, соціальної активності та відпрацювання складних рухових дій. Виявлено низку проблемних чинників, серед яких — технічні обмеження, складність контролю рухової діяльності учнів та недостатнє методичне забезпечення. Обґрунтовано доцільність розроблення комплексних методичних підходів до використання цифрових інструментів як засобу підвищення ефективності фізичного виховання та адаптації освітнього процесу до сучасних викликів.
