ВПЛИВ ЛИЖНОГО ТУРИЗМУ НА ПСИХОЕМОЦІЙНИЙ СТАН СТУДЕНТІВ

Для визначення впливу лижного туризму на психоемоційний стан студентів була створена кольороматриця, яка відображала емоції до та після занять в сніжний період другого навчального семестру. Проведення педагогічного експерименту відбулося на базі Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича за участю студентів 3,4 курсів факультету фізичної культури, спорту та реабілітації у кількості 42 особи і поділені на дві групи по 21 студену чоловіків.
Методика кольородіагностики — це психологічний метод оцінки емоційного стану та міжособистісних відносин на основі кольорових уподобань. Її використовують у педагогіці, психології та соціальній сфері для діагностики настрою, рівня тривожності та психологічного комфорту людини. методику кольородіагностики для вивчення психоемоційного стану учнів та їх адаптації до навчального процесу. Його підхід базується на аналізі кольорових асоціацій як індикаторів внутрішнього стану особистості. Психоемоційні стани залишаються позитивними у відповідь на нові, незвичні або складні ситуації та діяльність, виконуючи адаптивну функцію, щодо незнайомих місць, маршрутів, середовища, умов, настрою. Лижний туризм є частиною державної системи фізичної культури і спорту, спрямованої на розвиток фізичних, інтелектуальних і вольових якостей через походи та змагання. Він сприяє підвищенню трудової та соціальної активності, задовольняючи творчі й естетичні потреби людей.
