Abstract

The article analyzes health-preserving technologies as a component of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports. The aim of the article is to theoretically substantiate the significance of integrating health-preserving technologies into the process of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports. The main focus is on identifying priority areas, methods, and means for their improvement, which will contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of professional activities and maintaining the psychophysical health of specialists in modern educational and professional conditions.

The research methods are based on a comprehensive approach, which includes: studying modern research and scientific publications on health-preserving technologies in the professional training of specialists in physical culture and sports; systematizing the obtained data based on the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, formulating conclusions and recommendations for improving the professional training process;conducting a comparative analysis to identify trends, characteristics, and best practices in the use of health-preserving technologies in professional education.

It is noted that the inclusion of health-preserving technologies in the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports contributes not only to their personal professional development but also positively impacts society as a whole. It is stated that this is based on a comprehensive combination of medical-biological, psychological-pedagogical, socio-cultural, and technological approaches. The authors reveal the essence of these approaches. The main legislative documents are analyzed.

It is emphasized that mastering health-preserving technologies equips future specialists with a broad spectrum of competencies, including the ability to analyze health conditions, apply preventive measures, adapt training and educational programs considering individual characteristics, and create a safe and conducive environment for physical development.
